Application Scope:
The lift-type longitudinal seam welding machine is primarily suitable for butt welding of medium and thin-walled metal workpieces made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals. The longitudinal seam welder can clamp and weld various structural forms of workpieces, including metal sheets, cylindrical workpieces, conical cylinders, truncated cones, as well as box structures and flat plate spliced joints.

Main Features:

Ø Compared to traditional platen-type longitudinal seam automatic welding machines, this equipment features an added large cantilever and an electrically adjustable beam for vertical movement.

Ø The design principle of this equipment utilizes a piano-key clamping mechanism to provide balanced workpiece holding and cooling effects. During welding, excess heat is rapidly dissipated from the weld seam, reducing the risk of burn-through, warping, and deformation of the workpiece.

Ø This equipment enables single-sided welding with double-sided formation. It can weld a variety of metal materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, weldable aluminum alloys, and other metals.

Ø Equipped with an advanced control system and a user-friendly human-machine interface, it offers a high degree of automation, stable performance, and reliable operation.

Ø It can be integrated with welding power sources and torches such as TIG (tungsten inert gas welding), MIG/MAG (metal inert gas/metal active gas welding), PAW (plasma arc welding), and SAW (submerged arc welding) to form a complete automatic welding system.
