Application Scope: The platen-type longitudinal seam welding machine is primarily suitable for straight seam butt welding of medium-thin metal workpieces such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metallic materials. The longitudinal seam welder can clamp and weld workpiece structures including: metal sheets, cylindrical workpieces, conical cylinders, truncated cones, as well as box structures and flat plate splice joints.

This equipment utilizes a piano-key clamping mechanism to provide balanced workpiece clamping and cooling. During welding, excess workpiece heat is quickly dissipated away from the weld seam, minimizing burn-through, warping, and deformation.
This equipment enables single-sided welding and double-sided forming. It can weld a wide range of weldable metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, weldable aluminum alloys, and other metals.
Its advanced control system and user-friendly human-machine interface ensure a high degree of automation and stable and reliable performance.
It can integrate welding power sources and torches for TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, SAW, and laser welding to form an automatic welding system.
