Through industrial design software and visual sensors, the three-dimensional digital model of components is acquired. The operation program is generated using digital twin and artificial intelligence technology developed in-house on our graphic platform. This drives the robot body, external axes, and production equipment in coordination, completing the flexible manufacturing process for cutting, assembling, welding, grinding, inspection, painting, and more, of metal structures.

Based on the scanning results, the actual position of the weld seam is determined; the workstation automatically matches the welding process according to the size of the weld angle, including current, voltage, welding speed, and torch posture. Furthermore, based on welding trajectories and processes, program instructions recognizable by robots are created and transmitted to them for welding.
