Welding Platform for Enhanced Industrial Automation

The welding platform is a modular fixturing system built on a precision grid base, designed to position and clamp workpieces with high repeatability. Its main function is to provide a versatile and flexible foundation for automation, transforming any welding process into a more efficient, precise, and adaptable automated operation.

Utilizing self-developed intelligent welding and vision systems, the workstation employs visual photography, line marking, and laser scanning to precisely identify and calculate the position of weld seams. Based on the scanning results, the actual position of the weld seam is determined; the workstation automatically matches the welding process according to the size of the weld angle, including current, voltage, welding speed, and torch posture. Furthermore, based on welding trajectories and processes, program instructions recognizable by robots are created and transmitted to them for welding.

Six-axis linkage can complete any in space. The perfect combination of mechanical arm and fiber laser welding machine can meet the needs of various automatic production. It is widely used in automatic welding of kitchenware, bathroom, door handles and precision parts and hardware.

Eight Axis Cantilever Intelligent Workstation is mainly used for the welding production of bridge and ship plate unit structures and other types of workpieces. The eight axis cantilever workstation is compatible with the adaptability of ground rails and seven axis cantilever workstations, improving the adaptability in the width direction. The system deeply integrates welding processes, accurately locates component welds through a visual system, and automatically generates welding programs and executes welding based on the obtained weld coordinate information through the integrated fabric welding expert library. For flat angle welds, vertical angle welds, and multi-layer and multi pass welds with arbitrary placement of workpieces, precise and fast welding can be achieved without programming, teaching, and graphic import. The gantry type multi additional axis dual machine intelligent welding workstation is mainly used for robot automated welding of various steel structure buildings, bridges, ships and other structures.
