Equipment Application:
This platform is widely used for welding outer corners of sheet metal and enclosure-type
workpieces such as kitchenware, medical devices, food machinery, and electrical cabinets.
Features simple operation, aesthetically pleasing weld seams, fast welding speed, and no
consumables required.
Suitable for welding metals including stainless steel plates (0.6–6 mm thickness), carbon steel,
and aluminum alloys (welding thickness depends on the power of the laser welding machine),
effectively replacing traditional welding methods.

Equipment Installation:
1. The equipment must be grounded during installation, and the main power supply line must have a ground wire.
2. The connecting cables between the control cabinet and the main body of the equipment use quick-connect plugs. Please tighten them after connection.
3. Lubricating grease should be applied to the guide rails every 3 months.

Connection of the Welding Platform to the Welding Machine:

(1) Connection to TIG welding: The water-cooled welding torch specifically designed for TIG welding can be installed and fixed on our equipment. On the control box side of our equipment, there is a 2-pin quick-connect female connector that controls the start and stop of the TIG welding machine; it can be directly plugged into the control line port of the TIG welding machine.
(2) Connection to laser welding: There are two wires on the control box of the laser equipment that control the hand switch of the laser welding torch.  Locate these two wires, disconnect them, and connect the two-core control wire from our equipment to this location to enable our equipment to control the start and stop of the laser.
(3) Connection to MIG welding: The MIG welding torch can be installed and fixed on our equipment, and then the MIG welding torch is clamped in the fixture. Connect the included MIG welding adapter plug, one end to the 2-pin control line of the equipment, and the other end to the wire feeder of the MIG welding machine, to enable the equipment to control the start and stop of the MIG welding machine.
