The welding wire will also affect the fullness of the weld. ④ The thinner the weld wire, the lower the scanning width. Affected by different brands of lasers, the following processes use the following laser to do proofing tests. But it is for reference only, and need to be fine-tuned appropriately when using ①Tottenham Hotspur / Chuangxin / Jept ②Argon I. Carbon steel/galvanized sheet Note: Affected by the zinc layer of the galvanized sheet, the power of the galvanized sheet can be appropriately reduced. II. stainless steel Stainless steel power of 3000W can have a reference to carbon steel III. aluminium The aluminum process refers to stainless steel process, the power can only be increased by 20%-30%. What’s more, there are also differences in the focus, which need to be adjusted manually. Reference:  0.5MM stainless steel internal corner welding The scanning speed of 0.8 stainless steel wire is 350, the scanning width of it is 2, the peak power of it is 350, the duty cycle of it is 100, and the frequency is 2000. The light penetrates the plate, and the amount of deformation is very large, so we taka action of reducing the power. The scanning speed of 0.8 stainless steel wire is 350, the scanning width of it is 2, the peak power of it is 260, the duty cycle of it is 100, and the frequency is 2000. The amount of deformation has been reduced, but it is still easy to be burnt when the light starts flowing out, that’s the reason why we continue to reduce the power in the process. The scanning speed of 0.8 stainless steel wire is 350, the scanning width of it is 2, the peak power is 200, the duty cycle of it is 100 and the frequency is 2000. The effect is as follows ①.     Why do stomata appear? 1.1 The inside of the laser welded hole is in an unstable vibration state, and the flow of the hole and the molten pool is very intense. The metal vapor inside the hole erupts outwards and leads to the steam vortex formed at the opening of the hole, which rolls the protective gas (Ar) into the bottom of the hole, and with the hole moves forward, these protective gases will enter the molten pool in the form of bubbles. Due to the extremely low solubility of Ar and the rapid cooling rate of laser welding, the bubbles are left in the weld seam before they can escape to form stomata. What’s more, it was caused by the poor protection during the welding process that nitrogen invades the molten pool from the outside, and the solubility of nitrogen in liquid iron is very different from the solubility of nitrogen in solid iron. Therefore in the cooling and solidification of the metal, the solubility of nitrogen decreases with the decrease of temperature when the molten pool metal is cooled to the beginning of crystallization can lead to a large sudden decrease in solubility. At this time a large amount of gas precipitates will form bubbles. If the floating rate of the bubbles is less than the metal crystallization rate, the pores are generated. The way of laser fusion welding suppresses porosity 1. Suppress welding pores by pre-welding surface treatment Pre-welding surface treatment is an effective method to control the metallurgical pores of aluminum alloy laser welds. The surface treatment methods can be divided into physical mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning usually. After comparison, taking the chemical method to deal with the surface of the test board (metal cleaner cleaning - washing - alkali washing - washing - washing - washing - drying) is the best. Among them, the alkali wash is removed from the surface thickness of the material with an aqueous solution of 25% NaOH (sodium hydroxide), and the pickling is carried out with a 20% HNO3 (nitric acid) + 2% HF (hydrogen fluoride) aqueous solution to neutralize the residual lye. After the surface treatment of the test plate, the welding is carried out within 24 hours, and the assembly before welding is assembled and wiped with anhydrous alcohol when the test plate is installed for a long time after the test plate treatment. 2. Inhibit welding pores by welding process parameters The formation of weld porosity is not only related to the quality of weldment surface treatment, but also related to welding process parameters. The influence of welding parameters on the pores of the weld is mainly reflected in the penetration of the weld, that is, the influence of the back width ratio of the weld on the pores. From the perspective of black smoke, gas metal arc welding is more serious than laser welding. Because the speed of argon arc welding is slow, it will generate black smoke but not very obvious visually. What’s more, because laser welding’s arc is small, we see the black smoke is clearer. Due to the laser welding machine is a new technology product that has just been come out in the past two years, everyone has higher expectations for the laser, which is very normal psychologically. 3, There are two kinds of black smoke for laser welding currently. One is large enough to have a black accumulation on the workpiece, and the other is that there will be black smoke in the air which we cannot let the more obvious black smoke accumulation currently, but there will still be in the air. 4, We have several tests on how to reduce black smoke in the air. We also communicated with some peers according to our test situation. The factors of generating black smoke A. Black smoke generated in welding has a lot to do with the materials of welding. Different welding materials’ black smoke size is different. We have done aluminum alloy welding before. Find that different aluminum alloy welding materials generate black smoke that their sizes are very different. B. If there is an oil film protection or oxide layer on the surface of the workpiece, then the welding black smoke will be larger. C. Black smoke and welding wire are related. The current welding wire is the traditional welding wire, and there is no welding wire specifically for the laser industry, which leads to laser industry is not easy to control. It is recommended to use the existing smokeless welding wire. D. Black smoke generated in welding and welding process are related, such as it also is related with welding speed and techniques. When the laser does not receive the outgoing signal (port failure) or the laser has a problem Solution; (1) First exclude the presence of an alarm in the laser itself (2) Where it involves normal after shutdown and restart, most of them may be resettable alarms of the laser itself, it is recommended to contact the laser manufacturer or monitor the internal alarm (3) For whether the laser has received a trigger signal, two schemes to test The simplest thing is to link the laser's monitoring software to see which signal is missing. In addition, the signal port of the signal interface three can be measured Typically, the laser emits light only when it receives an enable/PWM/analog signal, so we can measure whether the signal is emitted in the operating state (Please be sure to measure each port of signal interface 3 and unplug the laser wire in working condition when air output) Enable signal: 2/4 pin output 24V voltage; PWM modulation demodulation signal: 6/7 pin   Output voltage 24V; Analog signal: 4/5 pin equal proportional voltage, 10V at full power; If the above signal is normal and still does not emit light, contact the laser manufacturer to deal with it; If one of the enable/PWM has no voltage, it can be used together, such as PWM connecting the enable signal pin; If there is no voltage in the analog quantity and the red light is a line, return to the factory to repair or replace the motherboard; If there is no voltage in the analog, and the red light is a point, check whether the 15V switching power supply ± is reversed.
