Four-axis platform automated laser welding system includes a set of multi-axis motion control surface and a set of laser welding system. The fixtures or rotating worktables involved are provided according to the customer's welding needs. The entire laser welding system is stable and reliable, with good rigidity and reliable operating accuracy. The system has signal chaining and interlocking between various actions, which can prevent misoperation and improve the overall performance of the system.

The fiber laser welding machine uses a continuous fiber laser to precisely control the width, energy, repetition frequency and other parameters of the laser pulse digitally to melt the workpiece and form a specific molten pool, thereby achieving laser welding of the workpiece.

You can choose two-axis, three-axis or four-axis linkage, use static or swing welding heads, and use the teaching function to edit the welding seam to achieve automatic welding. The consumables of the whole machine are only the welding gun protective lens, and the fiber laser has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. The X-Y-Z motion axis superposition method is optional.

6. The weld is of high quality and has no pores, which can reduce and optimize the impurities of the base metal. The structure can be refined after welding. The strength and toughness of the weld are at least equal to or even exceed those of the base metal;

7. The output is stable to ensure welding consistency. Most continuous laser welding is a high-power laser with a power of more than 500 watts. Generally, this laser should be used for plates above 1mm. There are also some low-power continuous lasers with powers ranging from tens to hundreds of watts. They are widely used in industries such as plastic welding and laser brazing.
