1. Environmental requirements and cleaning

2. How to maintain the water cooler in the approaching winter

3. Simple troubleshooting

5. Laser welding machine overall maintenance and maintenance

Laser welding machine is mainly composed of electronic devices, precision instruments, optical devices, the use of the environment and daily maintenance have high requirements.

(1) When the equipment is not working, the welding machine and computer power supply should be cut off.

(2) When the equipment is not working, the field mirror lens cover to prevent dust contamination of the optical lens.

(4) Any failure of the equipment should immediately cut off the power supply.

(5) equipment for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the surface of the lower end of the focusing mirror, the lesser will reduce the power of the laser, affecting the welding effect: the heavier caused by the optics of the lens to absorb heat over-temperature so that the crack. When the welding effect is not good, you should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated.

If the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated, the focusing mirror should be removed to clean its lower surface.

Remove the focusing mirror should be especially careful, pay attention not to touch or fall: at the same time, do not touch the focusing mirror with your hands or other objects.

Cleaning method is anhydrous ethanol (analytically pure) and ether (analytically pure) mixed at a ratio of 3:1, with a long fiber swabs or lens paper into the mixture, gently scrub the lower surface of the focusing mirror, wipe each side, must be replaced once the swabs or lens paper.

(6) In the welding machine work process, do not move the welding machine, so as not to damage the machine.
