In the welding state, the exit is intermittent and the wire feed or outlet is intermittent.

The analysis of causes:

The trigger button signal or the safety lock signal is lost

solution：

According to its operating logic, only when the [Laser Trigger Signal] and [Safe Lock Signal] are valid, the light will be emitted (the laser state is normal), and at the same time, no alarm will appear on the home page.

When the light is intermittent, check the above two signals to observe which one will disappear by the monitoring page, and do the next step of monitoring for the disappeared signals.

If both signals are present

① The safety lock signal disappears

Put the safe lock clip directly on the graduated tube to see if it is normal, if normal, it may be the cause of the plate, some plates such as rust or oil will cause poor contact.

②The trigger button signal disappears

Try to press and hold the trigger button firmly, if the signal flashes, there may be a bad trigger button contact, and you should replace the trigger button (new and old models are not universal)

③Signal loss cannot be detected

Because the refresh rate of the detection page is much lower than the chip sampling interval, when the circuit is disconnected in an instant and it returns to normal immediately, and in this situation the detection page cannot be seen.

In this case, you should short circuit the 5/6 pin of the signal interface one, so that it can make safety locker effective. And then to weld in a normal way to see if it will appear.
