What should be paid attention to when switching on and off the handheld laser welding machine?

Precautions for shutdown

Put the welding head on the welding head fixing frame, click the "Stop" button on the control system interface → turn off the laser source → wait for 5-10 minutes and then turn off the chiller power → turn off the system power → press the emergency stop button → turn off the main power →Close the gas valve.

Precautions for booting

1. Preparations before starting the laser welding machines

Check the power supply of the laser welding machine and whether the water circulation is normal; check whether the gas inside the machine is normal; check whether the surface of the machine is free of dust, stains, oil, etc.

2. Boot process

Open the air valve → turn on the main power → release the emergency stop button on the panel → turn on the system power → press the laser power button → wait for 5 minutes and the temperature of the chiller reaches about 25 degrees before the fiber laser welding machine can be used.


Instructions for use of handheld laser welding machine

1. Must wear anti-radiation glasses to ensure the safe production of the staff.

2. The welding head must not be aimed at any part of the body during use.

3. In case of any unexpected situation, immediately press the emergency stop button and contact our staff to report the situation.

4. If you stop working temporarily, please click "Stop" to enter the standby state, or if you stop working after work, please click "Stop" to enter the standby state and then turn off the device.

5. When replacing the protective lens or checking the welding joint, the power supply of the equipment must be completely turned off.

6. The temperature difference between the water temperature of the refrigerator and the room temperature should not exceed 10 degrees! It is recommended to set the water temperature to 26°C-30°C in summer and 20°C-22°C in winter. Excessive temperature difference in the cabinet will cause condensation on the laser device, resulting in damage to the laser. When the room temperature is lower than 4°C, antifreeze measures must be taken. Ethylene glycol and purified water can be blended and stirred at a ratio of 1:3, and then added to the water tank.
